I thought about it and my favorite is Michael Caine. And my favorite movie of his is "The Cider House Rules" (1999) The guy is always working.

Emma Thompson, closely followed by Helen Mirren.

They're what I consider to be the highest level of actor, the kind that can take weak material and make it highly entertaining, and take good material and make it absolutely great.

Look at this list and tell me you can narrow it down to one. Impossible! And the list doesn't include Lawrence Olivier for some reason.

Hugh Laurie. I loved him so much as Dr House he created one of the greatest tv characters of all time.
