Trying to find a movie?

I seen it a while ago but can't remember what it's called. From what i remember it's about a brother and sister who go to an island or something and kill people and i think one turns on the other in the end,I think it was made either late 70s or early to mid 80s. It's annoying me i can't remember what it's called.
