I'll have to say Conan, but it's a very close 3-way call. Original Terminator is also quite the gem. The man has talents, to be sure.

Well, I never watched Conan and Total Recall apart from some bits here and there.
So it would be the Terminator 2 for me.
Man, T2 is a great pick, but if you've never watched the other two, I'd say bump those up on your list to watch. I picked these three because they are all great. Conan is close to my favorite movie of all time. That being said, so is T2.

It just happens to me with some well known classic/cult movies, I never got round to see them although I know a lot about them e.g. which actors are in it, who directed it, etc.
I have to go with Conan...the movie is just so out there creatively.....both a bit ridiculous AND a good story, which is hard to pull off.
By far the best soundtrack.

But for performances...easily.
