Now my face is like this..,🤢! I love 4% small curd cottage cheese (Daisy Brand), but that photo doesn’t look like what I eat!

Iron skillet blackened redfish with crawfish sauce piquante on top.

I take it you enjoy Cajun cuisine. Personally, living now on the MS Gulf Coast I cannot tolerate it. That’s all they know how to cook here. I love the deep water Royal Reds Shrimp, but request no seasoniing.

I’ve never heard of Royal Reds Shrimp before. It seems like every time I’m in that area it’s to go to the casinos and you know the buffets they have. When I go I always think the snow crab. :)

My favorite meal is Spaghetti alle Vongole (in Bianco) - spaghetti with white clam sauce
