How much do you miss sports??
10/10
shareI used to watch NFL and MLB but I miss being able to run the most. I do not really miss watching sports. I have been watching television and movies , reading the Bible, studying Japanese, writing, drawing, using the internet, playing video games and other stuff.
shareWhat is stopping you from running? The virus is not airborne.
shareNo, the virus is airborne. That’s why all those people in the choir got sick even though they were practicing social distancing.
shareIt's aerosolized, not airborne...it requires micro droplets to survive in the air, it cannot survive in the air alone.
It it was airborne like measles, we have so many more infections than we currently do.
10/10 😭
shareAlso a 10.
I should have basketball and baseball to watch and have neither.
ESPN and Fox Sports should start running classic games non stop during the shutdown.
I'm surprised how some of these networks don't seem to be capitalizing on these extra viewers. They just keep playing the same reruns of Family Guy and King of the Hill.
0/10
shareimpossible
shareTotally possible. I don't miss them at all, as I don't watch them at all.
I like sports. I like playing them, and if I get tickets I'll go watch something in person, but I detest watching them on tv. I always have. Even Rugby.
Same. I enjoy playing some sports, especially volleyball, but couldn't care less about spectator sports. They're all a big yawn to me.
But I do feel for those who like or are passionate about one or more sports and are jonesing to watch them again.

I missed March Madness and Opening Day in Baseball. I will definitely miss the Derby and Indy 500. Very sad about the Olympics , but if the NFL season is postponed I will lose my mind.
I MISS THE TALKING HEADS HAVING ACTUAL SPORTS TO TALK ABOUT...BUT I AM MISERABLE WITHOUT THE NBA...NO PURPLE & GOLD IS PURE HELL.....
shareA Lakers-Raptors final would have been nice.
shareRAPS WOULD HAVE BEEN COOL.BUCKS TOO.SUCH A SHOT TO THE BALLS.
shareDo any teams, whether they win or lose, matter now? Not to me.
shareYES...THE LOS ANGELES LAKERS..THEY MATTER TO ME..COVIDSANITY OR NOT...I BLEED PURPLE AND GOLD...THAT TEAM IS MORE FAMILY TO ME THAN MOST OF MY ACTUAL BLOOD FAMILY.
shareUgh, sorry, I think I responded to the wrong post. I get that to some, yourself included, sports teams are important. Even given the weird extraordinary situation we're in now, although they have to matter less, even if anyone's a big sports fan.
I don't care, but acknowledge it's important to others. In ways maybe even more now because we're more in need of diversions than before.
Stay well.
