Maybe not. If they got the test and became positive yes ofcourse he/she has it but without the test you can just have some mass hysteria symptoms.

Here in my country they say there aren’t enough tests and if you don’t have hard symptoms is better to not go look for the test because then you can get infected.

In the case of C-list celebrities, hypochondriacs, and real-life drama queens, no.
