No I just think that using a term like "canon" in relation to popcorn movies is a bit precious that's all. Not that a lot of Star Wars fundamentalist fans don't use the word of course.

The word "canon" is used to describe religious texts that are regarded as genuine for example.

What animated film? That Clone Wars one? That's not even a movie! That was just 3 episodes from the Clone Wars smashed together into an hour and a half film to squeeze money out of people! They should have just released it straight-to-video!

2. Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back. Those two are my head-canon and the rest is fan fiction in my eyes. And I don't really need an ending, I'm aight with just two standout movies that I like rewatching every now and then.
