Intellignece is always sexy. Mind over muscles.

I'm so glad nobody mentioned Sherlock Holmes. He is overrated as hell.
I'm quite surprised nobody mentioned Walter Bishop from Fringe or Michael Scofield from Prison Break.

reply

I think the first two seasons of Sherlock are great.

The rest... meh...

reply

No doubt Sherlock is smart guy. They make him superhuman. Same as Goren from Criminal Intent. Not believeable at all.
Hey even Bones is sometimes unrealistic,I puted her anyway. I enjoyed first seasons, later become mess.

reply

You're right. He was excessively brilliant. However, I only ask a story to make its own rules clear and to be coherent with them. The first two seasons, the series managed to do that. The third season, though, the whole thing became a mess.

reply

Speakin of it, Moriarty is also pretty intelligent. He's def. on my lists for most intellogent and most evil tv characters.

reply

And Mycroft. In the original stories, he's supposed to be much more intelligent than Sherlock.

reply

And what about Eurus? I think she's smarter than Sherlock himself.

reply

She only appears in the BBC series, once Moffat decided to separate from the original Conan Doyle stories, from 3rd season on. I feel that this part of the series breaks completely the immersion. I find it difficult to believe, even inside the universe of the series.
