Best International Feature Film: Parasite

the major categories seem to be pretty safely locked down. i think the biggest story would be if any of the following don't win:

Best Picture: 1917
Director: Sam Mendes, “1917”
Lead Actor: Joaquin Phoenix "Joker"
Lead Actress: Renee Zellweger, “Judy”
Supporting Actor: Brad Pitt, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”
Supporting Actress: Laura Dern, “Marriage Story”

maybe the most open category fo those listed above is best director. it would be neat to see bong joon ho win, but that's a long shot probably.

the film i'm really pulling to see make a bit of an upset win is 'klaus' in the animated category. that was really a fun, sweet film, & it would make for a daring, offbeat choice. which probably means it doesn't stand a chance.

First, just to state that I think it has been a Great year for Movies, and I actually really want to watch the Oscars for the first time in many years

Best Picture 1917 (I think Irishman and Parasite as the other two possibilities)

Best Actor Joaquer

Best Actress Renne

If I had to chose, I would pick 1917 for Best Picture, Joaquin Phoenix for the Joker and Best Cinematography goes to 1917. Not sure about the others though...oh wait yes, Parasite for Best International Film.
