Penguin Random House and Barnes & Noble are blackwashing their collection of classic novels

From Romeo and Juliet to the Wizard of Oz, or The Three Musketeers, Barnes & Noble and Penguin Random House have decided to publish old classic novels with black characters.

(Not sure about the color of the killer whale in Moby Dick. Since it's the villain, probably it'll be kept white. Otherwise, we would have a Moby Dick novel with a Black Whale 😄 ).

Thank god they're not changing the text..but I wouldn't put it past them..

This might have been a month to promote black authors...but no..common sense has left the planet.

They're not changing the text... for now.

Enyd Blyton's Famour Five series was already published with the text changed to 'update' it to modern times.
