Best non-human villain.


For me it has to be Scar from "The Lion King". He kills his own brother, attempts to kill his nephew, makes friends with the hyenas which are enemies of lions, holds a bird captive, makes only the women go out to hunt for food and lies to everyone just because he wants to be king.

Or maybe it was the other way around. The iceberg was just there doing nothing, but a boat ran into them because those keeping watch were staring at a couple making out on the deck.
