Do you play Poker?
I'm currently learning how to play Texas Hold 'Em.
shareYes ask me anything.
shareI'm a newbie at this game and I probably have a lot of questions but I don't want to ask the wrong or irrelevant ones....
shareOccasionally video poker. I don't play live poker.
shareI prefer the competitive Poker.
sharePsychology is overrated in poker. Keeping a "poker face", should be the least of your worries if you are a new player. A quick tip is if you are worried about looking nervous and are involved in a big hand, keep your eyes fixated on a spot on the table and don´t look anywhere else, until the hand is over. The most important part of poker is learning the fundamentals. In poker, you should always count your stack in "big blinds". This is basically the first step before learning about everything else. Hope that helps.
shareThanks for the advice! Your input sounds reasonable. I appreciate it!
shareNot anymore. All my friends got great high paying jobs, but i'm still a scumbag, and low stakes poker just don't interest them no more.
shareNo but I try to live by the maxim: Liquor up front, poker in the rear.
sharePoker? I hardly know her!
