Actors/Actresses who are good at playing villains?

I liked Dennis Hopper's villainous performances.

Robin Williams made a great villain. Much better than his "comedy" roles.

I liked his role in Good Will Hunting (he was a good guy there, though.)

One Hour Photo is my top Williams movie, although I don’t think of Sy the photo guy as a villain

Mark Strong can always pull it playing a great villain, good actor too. Alan Rickman was always great as well.

Rutger Hauer always made a great villain
