2/10 Hard to listen to.
share10/10 love her so much I could cry
shareKinda reminds me of Madonna's "Ray Of Light". Probably inspired by Bjork.
shareI never considered that connection but I think you're on to something. Bjork paved the way for a lot of what happened in 90s electropop and interestingly Ray of Light is one of Madonna's best albums.
That said this isn't even one of my favorite Bjork songs or videos but it's still 10/10.
I like the video concept. On a flatbed truck driving through NYC.

Your favourite song from Bjork?
shareI don't think I could pick one song. She's been one of my favorite artists/influences most of my life and I feel like her essence is a part of me for eternity. But I think Vespertine might be my favorite of her albums. Homogenic is equally good in the opposite way. They compliment each other well, one is like ice and the other is fire.
shareEh.
sharebjork is one of those beloved, widely admired, critically adored folks whose lock i have not quite been able to pick. she has a vocal timbre i guess you'd call it that makes me want to listen to anything else whenever one of her songs play.
that's my own problem & my loss.
that said, i do think this specific track is a hell of a tune, & i don't think i can rate it anything other than 10/10.
