Here is how success starts.

I have so many kids who I see. Some come to me with what can I learn. Some come to me with why are you wasting my time. I'm here to make you the best you , you can be. If you don't want that then life is going to be really tough for you.

Are you a teacher?

reply

yes

reply

Bless you for being a school teacher👍
Don't put the world on your shoulders, no single person can carry that weight

Strive to do the best you can and you will make a huge difference to the kids and families that care

If God forbid you find that some of your kids grow up to lose their way, at least you know you gave it your all tcrum

I greatly respect school teachers

hmmm. no answer. This post tells me nothing about you. We are all friends here lets get together.

reply

This plan sounds risky

reply

Well I hope you don't have any 7 year old because i cant help them:)

reply

Seriously today i saw some kids who were like help me I can learn, and the other side was kids putting there head down on the desk. I was like, well you just fucked yourself over. I'm standing between you and being a loser.

reply

Is it all down to the kids or could it be that their home environment (ie the parents) has influenced them?

reply

you are right. I'm like i am here ,some kids give me pictures and some kids dont give a crap but this is defining. I will make you a better person. or not.

reply

Some kids have terrible parents and might suffer all kinds of abuse (both physical and mental), which can drain all their enthusiasm. Sometimes it's about finding out WHY they don't make an effort in class.

Ask yourself, is the child's attitude the problem or is it a symptom of the problem?

reply

You seem to be lacking in proper syntax, punctuation, when to capitalize, etc. Not a good thing for a teacher. 🙄

reply

I never tale that in to consideration.. Even on a lice outbreak which we have

You’re a teacher? I would not expect a teacher to write with such a negative, depressing attitude laced with profanity! This and prior posts lead me to think you need a sabbatical. Good Grief! Better yet find another profession where you aren’t dealing with children! My grandson is a teacher and he would never have the attitude you do.

You seem to be confusing "success" in school, that is good grades and impressing the teacher, with actual success - real life, adult success.

Sadly, real-life, adult success usually starts with a wealthy and influential family, not good grades.

reply

right

reply

Not so. Adult success can be achieved by ingenuity and drive.

Jeff Bezos: “Born to Jacklyn Gise and Ted Jorgensen, he was adopted by Miguel Bezos, a Cuban immigrant, after his mother married him. As a child, he spent his summers laying pipes, vaccinating cattle and fixing windmills at his grandfather’s Texas ranch.“

Bill Gates: “ The Gates family atmosphere was warm and close, and all three children were encouraged to be competitive and strive for excellence.“

Steve Jobs: “ Steve jobs was born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco to Abdulfattah Jandali and Joanne Schieble. Then he was quickly adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, who were a working couple. And they could barely afford the finances for his college. At the age of 13, Steve Jobs called up Bill Hewlett and got a summer job at the HP factory. Steve and his friend Woz started making and illegally selling 'blue boxes' that allowed to make phone calls for free. Soon, Woz and Steve made the Apple I board and gave it to the Home-brew Computer Club.”

I have a relative who is a millionaire. He worked 90 hours a week laying tile.

Drive + necessity is there for all of us if we are of sound mind and physically able.

You sound like a terrible teacher, a good teacher is open minded with empathy. You don't seem to have any of that.
