The only one I can think of is The Exorcist and the spider walk scene but most young people would think it's part of the original

Not sure if this counts but I have seen the "Bootleg" version of "Almost Famous" and it contains scenes which weren't in the original which make a big difference to the plot and fill in things which were a little confusing in the theatrical version.
