Will you accept other forms of consciousness-alteration in addition to drunk? Stoned? Meditating? Under the influence of sodium pentothal? Wrapped in Wonder Woman’s golden lasso? While receiving oral sex?

There should also be a thorough investigation into who is paying them and who they are buddies with.

Never one to pass up a challenge, I immediately consumed copious amounts of alcohol and reviewed the last film I watched; here it is: -
