Yeah most folks don't remember that Die Hard was a Christmas movie ;-) Minty on YouTube said Die Hard wasn't expected to do much, not much of a budget, Bruce was the 4th or 5th choice for lead. And it blew up!
Haven't seen Christmas in Connecticut.

It’s a Barbara Stanwyck movie. TCM plays it every year.

I like Die Hard too but I feel like its a movie I can watch any time, there are some movies I like to watch at Xmas and at Xmas only. Home Alone is prob top of that heap.

Santa's Slay 2005 (but only because I'm in it 🤦‍♀️)

I think though my actual favourites are Scrooged (1988) and Frosty the Snowman (1969)

They have ready been said, but.. Home Alone, Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story.

I also have a soft spot for The Santa Clause and The Grinch movie with Jim Carrey.
