I PM’d her, but haven’t received a reply. I hope she hasn’t been affected by the California fires again! Poor lady, it seems like every time she turns around she has to evacuate again....fires, floods, mudslides, brownouts, etc. She also has a fur baby to tend to, so Cat if you see this give us a thumbs up! shareOr she could be dealing with another move, too. Last I knew, she was living in an airbnb property because she had to vacate her old place before she could find a new place. Due to all the natural disasters they've had out there housing is in very short supply.
shareI’m not *exaggerating* (I had a hard time spelling this. Old age...I can blame everything on old age), anyhoo, when I write she has had to deal with a boatload of “unfortunate happenings” for at least the past 5 years. She was the caregiver for her dad which was not easy in her case. But, I’ll let her tell what she wants the world to know.
This is the longest time she’s been away from the board. She still checked in occasionally when dealing with evacuations. I’ve known her to type with a broken shoulder! We had to laugh with her because of the misspellings, missing letters, symbols in place of letters, etc. which is a no no for her. She would get so pissed!

I heard from her. She's okay, but is really busy, and getting ready for another move. Searching for a new place is a nightmare these days in some parts of CA.

shareI also received a PM from Cat.....always the nomad. She and her fur baby are OK, but as you reported on the move again. One thing good about her nomadic life, she doesn’t stay in one place very long so therefore not much to pack! If I kicked the bucket I feel sorry for those who would have to pack up this house!
