The Press used to keep politicians affairs secret. Now they don't. Good or bad?

Take for example JFK, a huge womanizer who even made a sex slave out of a teenage intern. The stuff you get away with when you're good looking! A lot knew about it but wouldn't talk about it. Could you imagine if Trump had a 19 year old "intern" who followed him around the country to service him and his friends? The press would NEVER allow that these days.

JFK even volunteered her to service his friend at a party and she did as she was told. Really despicable abuse of power.

But that's an extreme example. Should the press report when politicans have affairs in general?

reply

It depends. Clinton and blow jobs in the white house is completely irrelevant. Kennedy doing every hot intern, irrelevant. If it affects his ability to do his job, that matters. Most of this stuff does not.

reply

Well they now argue that being unfaithful and deceptive to your wife is a character trait and relevant to your ability to be faithful and non-deceptive to your constituents.

reply

Well then i guess the god of all presedents wasn't worthy.. Kennedy now who can we look up to.

What would happen if every dirty stinking secret was dragged out into the open and people's noses were rubbed in it ? Would it help ? Or to put it another way is the human race salvageable ?

I'll be happy to question any answers you have...
