Stonekeeper's Summer Game: I recommend THIS Mystery Movie #603 - Fun to the Nth Degree [StoneKeeper revs the engine for THE BIG STEAL]

Cheers to the weekend, everyone!

I have a movie in mind and you have to guess which one it is. For each movie you guys are going to guess, I will give a hint that CONNECTS your guess with the movie I have in mind.

Example of connections: Actor, length, genre, aspect ratio, language, country, year, director, writer in common, rating, number of votes, nominations. It can even be something like: both movies involve a love triangle.

- The winner can either start a new game or say "pass". In case of a pass, the OP gets to start another one.
- After 12 hints, the point goes to the OP and he/she gets to start another one.
- Movie must have at least 3500 votes. Otherwise, add a Bonus Hint.

Let's get it on!

BONUS HINT: Under 3,500 votes

Hint 1: The Baby (1973) - Golden Globe Nominee in the cast.
Hint 2: Backstabbing for Beginners (2018) - European director.
Hint 3: Quoi? (1972) - Comedy genre in common.
Hint 4: Woman Times Seven (1967) - Primetime Emmy-winning actor in the cast.
Hint 5: Dark Eyes (1987) - Produced outside of the Americas.
Hint 6: Morgan! (1966) - IMDB rating is swimming in the 6's.
Hint 7: Cousin, Cousine (1975) - Runtime under 100 minutes.
Hint 8: I Saw What You Did (1965) - English language in common.
Hint 9: High Heels and Low Lifes (2001) - Color.
Hint 10: The Magic Christian (1969) - Three word title.
Hint 11: Salome's Last Dance (1988) - Directing and writing credits include a married couple.
Hint 12: The Big Steal (1990) - Lead actor has been in a Star Wars AND a Marvel movie AND a Batman movie...

And he just so happens to be Ben Mendelsohn! StoneKeeper stands by The Big Steal (1990), a highly recommendable Australian comedy with engaging performances, snappy dialogue, and enough romantic chemistry between the two leads to warrant a 'Romance' tag on IMDB. There's also enough vehicular action along the lines of Mad Max to solidify this movie as a wonder from Down Under!

The first rule of hinting is that the truth is not a matter of fact, it's a matter of consensus.
