2. The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
3. Batman Begins (2005)
4. Batman Returns (1992)
5. Batman (1989)
6. Batman Forever (1995)
7. Justice League (2017)
8. Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice (2016)
9. Batman & Robin (1997)

That's exactly the order I'd put it in. I'd also add Batman (1966) before Batman & Robin.
