Your favourite late night host?

Present and past.

For me, Stephen Colbert. I can’t watxh him every night, as I’m not always in the mood to hear about Trump, but I rate him above the others.

PAST - David Letterman. I never really got into Leno. Not my type of guy.

No fav present host. But Craig Ferguson was amazing. He was so genuinely funny and was always the star of the show, he was more entertaining than the guests. Never cared who was on, would watch it regardless.

Totally agree with this. Was so sad to see him retire.

Craig Kilborn was probably my favorite. That was one chill show.

All the old late night shows were brilliant at one point in their careers. Early Letterman was best, I actually preferred old fat Leno. Later Fergusson when he just didn't care anymore was amazing. Early Conan back when the show was terrible was so bad it was absolutely hilarious. Early Kimmel was pretty good back when Uncle Frank was still around. The Bush era of Colbert Report was incredible. Always liked all of Jon Stewart's shows. Tom Green was utterly fantastic. Never liked Tom Snyder. I think Bob Costas had a show for a while? Didn't like that. I don't like any of these new people today. Makes me sad. Late Night tv was my favorite thing for decades.

Oh. And Carson was still on when I was growing up. That was my first late night show. I still watch those reruns from time to time. Certainly probably the best. I just can't relate to most of it. Absolutely captivating interviews. People would just share big long stories about their lives. Great stuff.

Right now, Colbert (although, as others have also stated, I wish at times he would do less Trump). A few years and more ago, I really enjoyed watching Letterman (first 20 min.), then Colbert (recorded, but only his monologue), and then Craig Ferguson (when I first saw him, just browsing channels, I thought the show must be really stupid, what with the costume horse and robot, but when I actually started watching I realized "genius!" Too bad his pride was so hurt when they didn't pick him to replace Letterman that he quit. I hope he's happy with his game show.)

no one current. Carson and Letterman
