Not my favorite, but I had a plumquat today. Its a cross of a plum and apricot.

Blueberries are good and good for you, I believe.

Bananas are good for you, but I'm not that big on eating them. If I were on a strict regimen I might eat one every other day and wouldn't mind, as long as they were at a good stage of ripeness. And they are easy to find around here. Every decent convenience store and, of course, all the groceries have them displayed copiously.
