What's the last movie you saw in theater?

For me it's Aladdin (2019).

I'm debating on seeing Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. I hear good things about it from people, and it has an 8.5/10 rating on IMDb.

You don't want to know. It has been decades. I got fed up with noisy audiences and swore I'd never go to a movie theater again. And I haven't. We have options now!

Im with you GlenE. Also, my back can not take the seats and Im not spending $10 for popcorn. As Rita Rudner said... "Popcorn costs 13 cents a silo !!!"
Also, the price of the tickets are outrageous.
With large screen televisions now (mine is 65") the cinema has lost its novelty. I would much rather spend the money on a dvd and have it for multiple viewings for life .

So you have the memory of seeing a movie without someone in front of you checking their smartphone, creating an unwanted distracting light.

Have you ever gone to Alamo Drafthouse? They have multiple locations
They will toss 'phone-boy' right out on his keister, plus they have food and too many beers to list
They run a tight ship at Alamo

Little. A light comedy.

I'm having a major problem finding good theatrical movies since I don't want to see superhero films, remakes, sequels, depressing or horror.

reply

Glass. I've been going less and less over the years though.
