Invasion of the Body Snatchers 1978

It's definitely one of the best, Right up there with The Thing (1982). Great film.

A remake which maybe better than the original. Both are among my favorite sci-fi.

Well the original had Dana Wynter so I’ll go with that one.

i really like both of them. i think they're both classics of their eras & more or less equal in my mind.

i also recall thinking the 90s remake by abel ferrera was quite good as well. not classic like the earlier two, but still a good, creepy, well made film.

I think it's way better than the original which was damn fine to begin with!

Sutherland lends a lot of interest to the proceedings, that guy was always interesting on screen
He was a legitimate movie star

78 version is objectively better and is legit creepy while the 56 version is among the better cheesy fun 50's sci-fi flicks. Both good but in different ways.
