I don't see how there could be another season. It seemed like the whole thing was wrapped up nicely. I loved the series but I don't see how it could possibly have continued. Most likely this season is completely unnecessary and probably won't be as good. I'll probably check it out though, since I was thinking of rewatching the series anyway.
shareThere is a 3rd season because it became so popular and such a huge success (it's been the most watched foreign language show on Netflix) that Netflix commissioned it for another season (after just having had the rights to show the pre-made series like any other show).
They are also making a spin-off show too. Hopefully it follows the early days of our favourite criminal mastermind.
Yeah that's the problem, any time something is good and goes down well, the moneybags decide they need to milk it for all they can and drag it out until they've sucked it dry and killed it. It happens with so many shows and movie series. That's why I'm dubious about this third season. Hopefully it won't turn out that way, but...
