I always thought that sound, ubiquitous in jungle movies, was some kind of monkey. Never knew it was this bird.

i enjoyed it so much, i'm giving it another listen right now.

the only flaw is that the show isn't complete. it's missing if i was your girlfriend, forever in my life & kiss. & i believe the versions of the cross (which is also absolutely fantastic here) & it's gonna be a beautiful night are from a holland show on that same tour.

but why quibble. what's here is fantastic. it's one of my favourite prince boots (i used to have it on vinyl), & i'm very happy to be able to hear it again.
