Depends on how you live. I've been "moving" minimum once a month since June 2018. Not tough,
But I have no kids and very little possessions.

2 years ago we had a house fire, so we had to move into another place for a year whilst it got sorted out. We moved back in last year.

Prior to that, 2008.
