"Secret Honor" is the only one I can think of. You do not see ANYONE else. Its a movie featuring Philip Baker Hall as President Nixon dictating, some which is true, some which probably isn't. I liked it.

shareBased on the example the OP gave of Secret Honor, I think he was looking for films that only one actor or actress appeared anytime on screen in the whole film. I questioned him in an earlier post if this is what he meant but he never replied.
shareDuel and All Is Lost are great observations. While either may have technically had other people (but maybe they didn't) they certainly are centered on a single character. That's a real challenge for a film maker.
