Groundhog Day actor

Who is the actor at the bed and breakfast who greets Bill Murray each morning with "Top o' the morning", or something like that? I've seen him in a lot of movies, but doesn't seem to be listed on IMDB, etc. One of the traps of the internet is going off on arcane searches that I would've just shrugged off pre-internet. It's like a burr under my mental saddle.

I just checked on IMDb. His name is Ken Hudson Hall. He's credited as "Man in the hall".

How'd I miss that? You got it in one. It just occurred to me that, like the hook of the movie, I can watch this movie time after time after time despite knowing the inevitable ending. Thanks for scratching that mental itch.
