Several times. My mom took a picture of a rainbow the other day. It was beautiful. :)

I may have seen a double rainbow once or twice. Don't quote me on it though.

Yes, always when the sun breaks through the rain. Also, mini-rainbows called "sun dogs" I see also, but not as often.
