Pantyhose/stockings/tights. For some unknown reason women are going bare-legged and barefooted. I suppose it's fine if you live where the weather's mild or it's summer, but I think they're nuts doing it in cold weather.

shareCDs/players. DVDs/players, it's only a matter of time.
shareI will fight to keep my dvd/blu ray player. I don't mind digital copies, but I don't like not owning something I buy.
shareBlu Ray is the only thing keeping DVDs alive at this point. I agree, I don't like buying something and not having it in my possession.
shareSo many people don't understand that they don't own the digital rights. And while it is convenient and easy, it's also easy to lose it all. If a company goes under, or no longer has an agreement with Apple or similar type company, even if you've paid to own it, it's will be gone.
Same reason why I still buy physical books if it's something that I know what I want to keep.
i actually don't have a blu ray or dvd player right now, but i'm planning on picking one up fairly shortly. physical media may be dying, but as sslssg said below, there's a non-trivial risk laying out money for a digital copy that goes away when you have a physical copy.
