What did you have for dinner last night?

I had chicken marsala with shitake mushrooms, gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans cooked in a miso broth. Yummy!

I only made the green beans. The chicken marsala was from Trader Joe's, and I only had to heat it, but dayum, is it good 😋. For me it makes 2 dinners.

Just ate something for lunch, so am not in any danger of this thread making me ravenous ☺️

A home made shaved cheese steak bomb sandwich with Garden Salad with Balsamic vinaigrette, French fries and home made roast chicken Minestrone soup with lots of kale.

Been making a papier mache pot all day so couldn't be bothered to cook. Just had noodles and veggies with a chilli and lime dressing

A sesame bagel with tuna, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, capers and spring onions.

Tonight I had homemade croquettes with a roasted ham/cheese/green pea filling and a musterd mayonnaise dip.
