It's something I have interest in to know what characters are like in film. Anyone want to list some examples?

I recently rewatched Matchstick Men. The protagonist had OCD and often experienced facial tics while talking. He went into a crisis mode when he ran out of meds and it was ultimately revealed they were actually a placebo.

Temple Grandin - fascinating true story with excellent performance by Claire Danes. Grandin is a professor, animal science innovator with Autism.

Jane Wants a Boyfriend - cute indie film romance about a guy who falls for a gal with Asperger’s

Rain Man

The Aviator - Howard Hughes had many personality disorders
