Do you use this much? I wish I never had to, but I found that by ignoring those who do the non-artistic bullshit, that the good posts aren't buried by 20 pages.

Sadly, I just had to use the Ignore feature once again when I found the first page to be polluted with bullshit subjects from one individual.

Those posts came and went very quickly this morning, too quickly to even respond
I noticed them at home and an hour and a half later after the commute poof!

It was some jackass insulting Thai people and being a big bore in general
I had to get to work, had no time for nonsense at 5 AM but planned to skewer him at 6:45 once I found parking at work...t'was not meant to be

I wish the ignore function would get tweaked so it only ignores the poster and not the entire thread. Maybe, someday. I just looked at my ignore list because I couldn't remember if there's anyone on there. I have four from that time a while back when we were being trolled with PMs. No actual posters on the list though - just those trolls.

It depends who you have on ignore. If it's someone whose entire threads are bothersome, you're not missing out on anything by having their threads not show up at all.

I should have clarified. I'm ok with the threads of someone I have on ignore being made invisible. What I don't like is if someone I have on ignore posts in someone else's thread, all of the replies to and under that post become invisible too.

That's the part I don't like. I think that's what GE was saying too, but don't want to speak for her.

I completely agree.. Only the individual on ignore should be banned from your screen. They could easily have the message, but with a simple "User Ignored" and with the messages in between to make sense.

I've never used an ignore function anywhere online.
