Kirk Douglas

reply

Wow, Kirk Douglas is really hanging in there.

reply

Spielberg. He's done too many films of my youth and it will feel weird when he's no longer around.

reply

Good point
I really admire him

Michael Caine
Sly
Anthony Hopkins
Sean Connery

reply

I wish Connery would make another movie before it happens, i'm not feeling entirely ok with The League being his swan song.

reply

Yep it would be good to see him do one last performance, Same goes for Gene Hackman.

reply

The most awesome thing would be to see him in another bond, maybe as a villain or as an aged agent who gives bond advice, i know it won't happen based on what he has said about returning to acting, but one can dream.

reply

Fine idea, he could play a long-retired double O...damn, this would be awesome

reply

Yeah, but i don't know how Hollywood would get him on the train even if they wanted to, he seems to have lost all interest in acting, i doubt even an enormous amount of money would change his mind. We just have to imagine.

reply

Probably will not happen for a sure...damn shame

He could advise a young double O and get involved in the action and get bumped off at the end of the second act...it would be amazing

Hell, now I really need to see this!

reply

Me too. The closest we got to this is The Rock i guess. He kinda felt like an old bond in that movie. Miracles can happen though, but they have to hurry up if they want to do it, he is nearing 90 after all.

reply

I'm not much of a Bond fan, but I like your idea.

reply

I think Roger Moore said he wouldn't mind having some sort of role in another one before he died, sadly we didn't get that.
