We always get nailed with one Spring snow storm.

reply

Nothing says spring like pea soup fog and heavy rain.

I think we're getting another nasty wintery blast (or two) here in the Northeast

I think of winter like it's Jason Vorhees...it keeps jumping up again!

reply

A sure indicator of spring for me is the scent of a skunk prowling through the neighborhood at night and the sound of geese overhead returning north.

reply

I bring glad tidings of spring and renewal and I get back skunks, snow storms, rain and fog, and a serial killer.

Tough crowd!

We have a skunk population around here too, and it’s also the time of year to be extra careful on the roads after dark because of all the deer running around.

Happy Spring!!!!

Thank you! 🌞

I haven't heard the ducks yet. There's a duck pond about 15 minutes or so behind our house. When I hear the ducks I know Spring is here.

reply

Hey, every season has its downside. Soon I'll be swatting wasps off the front porch and laying out traps for brown recluse spiders.

reply

It would be nice if the wasps and spiders could go to war and eliminate each other.

reply

We're having a bad wind storm tonight. Spring is on delay.

I watched three last week.

Happy Spring, Jack!

In a matter of a week we've gone from shoveling snow to shoveling sand for sandbags, dodging snowbanks to dodging potholes, navigating icy spots to navigating puddles big enough to call them ponds! But hey, I'll take it! The long dark tunnel of winter is ending! 🌷🌱🌼🌞🌺🌻

reply

Thank you! Are you fully recovered?

reply

For the most part, yes. My back is the nagging thing now, but I'll get there. Thanks!

reply

I recommend a hot epsom salt bath; very therapeutic!

reply

Nothing says spring like sunshine and trees flowering around town :)
