Favourite "so bad, it's good" movie

I enjoy movies that are so ridiculously bad that they are entertaining. My favourite so bad, it is good movie is Plan 9 From Outer Space, which is often considered to be one of the worst films ever. In spite of (or maybe because of) its many flaws, it is a blast to watch. What are your favourite "bad" movies?

reply

"The Room". I finally saw it last year. Nothing compares, lmao. It was a surreal experience.

reply

I still haven't seen it. I'll have to check it out.

reply

Hoo boy!!
I thought it was awful but a great example
I laughed throughout, what more could you want

Showgirls

Personally, I thought Showgirls was just bad. I didn't enjoy it at all.

reply

lol I was totally gonna say showgirls but was kinda embarrassed about it. Lol if you can admit it, then so shall I!

Con Air

reply

I love Con Air and think it's legitimately great. Over the top for sure, but great.

Also now that I that I've said it out loud I realize Over the Top starring Sly Stallone is a pretty good bad movie...

reply

I thought Con Air was pretty good.

Hilarious movie, loved it

Let's put a bunch of the worst criminals in America on an airplane, what could possibly go wrong?

reply

Battlefield Earth. So bad, but I've seen it many times. The original story was created by L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology.

reply

I haven't seen it. Might have to check it out.

The Room
Troll 2
No Holds Barred
Birdemic
Miami Connection

reply

I haven't seen any of those.

reply

The Room, no contest.

Troll 2 isn't bad either. I mean, it's VERY bad, but lots of parts are entertaining. Birdemic is more difficult too watch, even though it's such a ridiculous movie.

reply

If you have Amazon Prime check out Rifftrax Live: Birdemic. I agree the movie is a bit tough on its own but with the MST3K guys doing commentary it is hysterical from start to finish!

reply

I'll definitely have to get around to seeing The Room at some point.

reply

Yes, you really should. It's a film with the passion of Tennessee Williams!

reply

Silent Night Deadly Night 2.

reply

I haven't seen that one.

reply

It's where the infamous garbage day scene is from.

reply

MegaForce (1982)!

reply

Haven't seen it, but it sounds interesting.
