How do people in other parts of the Western World think of the U.S.?
I'm simply curious.
share*gets popcorn* ....
shareYou were stupid to not conquer the world after winning WW2.
shareIn my limited travels they are mostly very positive. Seems like Americans bash America more than foreigners, victims of political ideology wars. If you judge only from internet comments you'll often get a bunch of negativity but real life people are not like that.
shareI think they wonder how the USA citizens could elect Trump.
shareI don't, i completely expected you to choose him, i'm not saying he is a fantastic president but i wasn't surprised.
shareI didn't vote for him. He won because he is Putin's puppet. Clinton won the popular vote, but Trump won by the Electoral College which should be abolished.
shareDidn't Hillary say she would run again in 2020?
shareI didn't vote for Trump, but the notion that he colluded with Russia is ridiculous and beyond laughable. If there was any
evidence, it would have been released by now.
In my opinion, people claiming collusion are as bad as those who believed in Obama's citizenship conspiracy theories.
I was constantly asked why we don't have universal health care (despite paying 2x as other countries w/ good health care), and why we take so many pills.. I also remember someone chiming and saying "He is not a representative of the US", but I think in a way, we are.
shareCanadians and Americans get along just fine.
