Languages/dreams

If you speak more than one language, in which language do you dream? For instance if you speak both English and French, which is your dream language?

reply

I only speak one language, English, even though I had taken 3 years of Spanish in high school. Once however, after reading a ton of Polish history an entire day for fun, that night I slept a most vivid dream I am sure I'll never forget! I saw visions of a farm. As the background came into scene across a blank white landscape being filled into a world of color, I found myself tending to the care of a horse in its stable, dirt floor covered in hay straw.

Most curious though was I could hear an older man in the background, and inexplicably, I knew it was my father (not my real Dad) without even knowing, speaking in a language I did not know but could understand as if it was my own native tongue. It was a most surreal experience. Though I'd share even if not relevant.

I speak a few languages - I tend to dream in my mother tongue 95% of the time.
