Stonekeeper's Winter Game: I recommend THIS Mystery Movie #259: In for a Pickle, in for the Brine [HELL COMES TO FROGTOWN Kawada_Kira mutates the win]

Let's be honest - there ain't no stopping this train. The question is - can you hang on? Reading the rules just might help:

So you guys like to play games? Here is an investigation game that can be time consuming but it's lots of fun. Basically, I have a movie in mind and you have to guess which one it is. For each movie you guys are going to guess, I will give a hint that CONNECTS your guess with the movie I have in mind.

Example of connections: Actor, length, genre, aspect ratio, language, country, year, director, writer in common, rating, number of votes, nominations. It can even be something like: both movies involve a love triangle.

- The winner can either start a new game or say "pass". In case of a pass, the OP gets to start another one.
- After 12 hints, the point goes to the OP and he/she gets to start another one.
- Movie must have at least 3500 votes on IMDb.

Let's get it on!

Hint 1: The Man with the Golden Arm (1955) - Under 2 hours.
Hint 2: The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009) - Comedy genre.
Hint 3: Bandidas (2006) - USA/English in common.
Hint 4: Duck Soup (1933) - Under 60000 IMDB user votes.
Hint 6: The Lobster (2015) - 1.85:1 aspect ratio.
Hint 7: Stripes (1981) - Released between 1979 and 1989.
Hint 8: Dick Tracy, 1990 - Director was born in the USA.
Hint 9: The Man with Two Brains (1983) - Male lead.
Hint 10: Diner (1982) - A principle cast member has participated in professional wrestling.
Hint 11: Polyester (1981) - IMDB user rating between 7.5 and 5.5.

It wasn't looking pretty, but Kawada_Kira managed to tick all the boxes with the daring guess, Hell Comes to Frogtown (1988), and I cannot bear to deny that brilliant gem of a quasi-Mad Max ripoff.

Your hint, or, rather, should I say, my hint.

Duck Soup (1933)

I could hint with you until the cows come home. On second thought, I'd rather hint with the cows till you come home.

The Lobster

If you encounter any problems you cannot resolve yourselves, you will be assigned hints. That usually helps.

Stripes (1981)

Have that hint removed.
