I keep my heat at 10C (50F) (and I keep a pillow over the vent in my bedroom) but as soon as I wake up, I blast the heat, and after a few hours, I'll turn the space heater on in the living room with a bedsheet covering the kitchen, and a book to cover that vent, as well as the other bedroom

We usually leave the stupid ceiling heat in the living room on 66F, the kitchen and bathroom one degree less.
My own personal bedroom / study I bounce around 68-70, sometimes up to 71. When I leave and think about it, I'll dip my room down to 67. Doesn't take much to heat up one medium sized room. And sometimes when my roommates are gone, I'll sneak the living room heat up to 68. We have a lot of damp, cold days around here and I feel like we all should feel comfortable if we can afford it and it's available. Good luck to all the families who have difficulty staying warm.
