Back To The Future 1 was Claudia Wells as Jennifer Parker.

Back To The Future 2 and 3 was Elizabeth Shue as Jennifer Parker.

Who did you prefer one or both of them? I really liked both of them. They both really played Jennifer Parker great in their own way.

I can not stand Elizabeth Shue. Claudia Wells has very little screen time and her acting isn't that impressive, but I definitely prefer her. She's prettier as well.

Claudia had better chemistry with MJF. Shue was the generic ‘80s film sweetheart (Karate Kid, Adventures in Babysitting, Cocktail) and she was too bland a choice for this series. I think Shue tried to shed that image with the gritty, dark performance in Leaving Las Vegas. What happened to her brother? Last film I saw him in was The Rainmaker.
