Did your daughter have a great birthday?
shareShe did! Thank you for asking :D We had pizza, strawberry cake and ice cream. She picked out 5 shirts which surprised me but I realized she's 12 now, toys aren't her thing anymore. She wants funny shirts and google play cards :P
shareIt is a bit sad when they start to leave toys behind isn't it, but now a whole new world of experiences opens up! Clothes shopping together, arguing over what is and isn't appropriate!
I'm glad a good time was had, never to old for ๐ and ๐!
We looked at the toys together and she picked up a few things but just to look at them closely, and then she was like let's get some shirts mommy! She was sooo cute Dazed, saying things like Mommy, you can get a shirt too. Do you need anything? This is on sale, what's your size? Questions she has never asked me before. Never too old! I got SO full hahaha. My brother put some coffee ice cream in the buggy and what a gamechanger that was.
shareAww, that is SO cute! And sweetโฃ๏ธ
I'm glad she had a wonderful birthday, and the rest of you too!
She sounds like a darling, how cute! but did you get a shirt too?
I remember my daughter (at 16) saying that she wanted to get a tattoo but "I won't get one if you don't want me to", I said I didn't. Next day, she came home with a tattoo!
Haha, I didn't. I saw a few things but nothing I really thought I needed. Hahaha! Sounds like a pistol. What was the tattoo and how did you react?
shareI wasn't happy but the deed was done! It was a Celtic circle on her arm, nothing too sinister thank godness! Then she got her tongue pierced, that was a fun few weeks of soup and milkshakes๐ฐ
I think she regrets it now....
sounds cool! Tongue piercings were a phase in my high school days, seems like someone was getting one every weekend back then. I think a lot of them regret it too. I only have my ears once. I've got 3 tattoos and my grandmother recently saw two of them. (I hadn't gotten the third one yet.) She made a comment but after I said my piece she just keeps her comments to herself. I was 27 when I got my first one so :P
sharePepsi or Coke ??
shareCoke. a cold vanilla coke is the best though.
shareI love the vanilla coke, loads of ice and a slice. It's so hard to get where I am. We have an American food shop in town but it costs a fortune.
shareVanilla coke costs a fortune here, I refuse to pay $5.18 for 12 cans. Pizza is pretty cheap still but if you get name brand, might need to take out a loan...
I'll splurge and spoil you for once Dazed! You might sweat to death where I live but at least we can enjoy cheap pizza and ice cold vanilla coke.
