We've said hateful things...but that is merely momentary anger expressed...which is healthy. Actual hatred realized...goodness no.

Never sick and tired...attached at the hip...partners in crime!

After 21 years...way more in love than ever...I guess I fall in love with her all over again...every morning!!!

You could have caught a legit sniff of something brewing...as I am always up to something😮😱🙊but it would have been in another thread...this here is about my Lady...and a cool one she is...loved this post when I sent her a link to it in lieu of my afternoon I love you call. I find wives suspect mischief less...if they hear those words more😉

My older brother got married at 20 in 1973. He and his girlfriend wanted to live together while in college. Her parents said no way unless they were married. Times sure have changed. Still married to this day 45 years later.

Good for you my friend.

My wife and I have been married for 33 years now, and we're closer than we've ever been.

We met under some unusual circumstances and I'm convinced my guardian angel led me to her before moving on to some other poor soul in need of celestial guidance.

In the 39 years we've known each other, we've never had a real fight. That's right, not one. When we're driving in the car, we sing songs together, make up silly lyrics, and if the song is descriptive enough, will make up hand gestures like we were a 60s Motown group describing lyrics.

Now that I'm 60 and see our mortality on the horizon (even though we're both in excellent health), I'm starting to feel some bitterness that there will be a day when one of us will be alone.

I honestly hope she goes first because I don't know how she will do alone. I hope I go one minute later; just long enough to say goodbye.

This is how I feel about my boyfriend. He's incredible, we've never had a fight in 4 years & and constantly sing songs together. He will start a verse and I will finish. I've never felt this way before. I'm so lucky that he loves a dork like me. :)

I loved reading this. It warmed my heart that you and your wife have such a loving, wonderful marriage and the last line of your post made me tear up! Happy for yall :D
