Anyone have a copy of the film: Couleur Chair (flesh color) 1978 of François Weyergans ?

If not where can I find? who should I contact?

Since this movie was never released and is rarely projected, I don't think you will be able to see it easily.

It seems like it was last shown at the Cinematek (a cinema in Brussels) sometime in 2010 (based on their CSS in 2010 and this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/YsYCE5O.png). I'd say the 16 November 2010.

So, well, maybe you can try to contact them.
