UPDATE: Ignore Feature

Due to popular demand, I dropped everything this morning and quickly implemented an ignore feature. You’ll now see an ignore button in the bottom right corner of each post that you may click to permanently ignore a user. Once ignoring a user, you won’t see any of his/her posts.

NOTE: I hacked this together very quickly, so it’s still a little rough around the edges. For example, there’s currently no way to un-ignore a user, so use this button cautiously. Few other quirks that I’m ironing out as well, but it should be functional now. Mods are coming soon as well.

Thanks a million, Jim. Now as soon as the known trolls are cleared up (several of which have already replied), the site will be damn near perfect

Thanks Jim! It was just so great ignoring a couple of the trolls and seeing the board and threads clean up like magic!

Why make it where they can't read your posts? Unless you'll be talking about them..we don't want to read slamming posts either.

Thank you Jim!! And can you please fix the [-] feature? It doesn't work. All the comments and threads that get closed using that button all reappear the second you revisit/refresh the original post. It has no use at all right now. Every single thing I have "hidden" using that button have all reappeared. Every single one of them. Please fix it so that the hidden comments/threads stay hidden. And it would be an even better thing if we could use that button to close an entire ORIGINAL POST. That would help to navigate through the boards tremendously!!!! Thanks and keep up the good work. It's been crazy here the past day or two, but this site is still a great place that you've given us!!
