Waiting in anticipation for the new Zeppelin or Cream record - knowing it would be great.

The Grammy winners today are barely distinguishable.

1963 - 1974 for me, IMO. There was so much creativity, so much energy, sounds you never heard before, and pop radio was so much more integrated in pretty much every way. That was a golden age.

But your point is well taken.

That's true, I loved 70s classic rock and 80s glam metal when I was growing up, you couldn't go wrong with any of them, so many good ones. Now I think Adele is the only decent singer out there, it's sad.
