As i suspected.

In a letter in blu- ray.com, the head of panamint stated that universal has decided to released the American version of It came from Outer Space in 3D Blu-ray and Panamint is dropping out .This is great for us American 3 D fans.It only makes Sense that it be released in the united states first. It's a popular classic.I'm guessing Universal will release it in the cropped version ,that was premiered in the theater ,possibly.Remember creature from the black lagoon was put put on it's wide screen ratio on Blu- ray.I'm guessing too It might be put on ABC region free Blu-ray ,Creature was zone free.I think when I wrote a email to universal and complained ,I think others were complaining too. This pressured them to consider the American release.I got the information on Blu ray .com .The letter was from Panamint 06/11/16.This is great for us American fans.

If this actually happens I'll be amazed. Universal have been sitting on it for years.
Incidentally, Twilight Time is releasing a Region Free 3D Blu-ray of "Miss Sadie Thompson" in July. I've just pre-ordered my copy.

It seems,I'm only guessing that since universal is releasing it came from outer space 3D Blu- ray in the u.s.,They are going to release it later than July possibly.I have not seen no advertisement in amazon or eBay,not even pre orders,If and when they do they will start on pre order like from amazon. The omen when you to me that they were going to release in July from twilight time video.I guess universal found out about this and decide to delay It came from outer space, possibly to rewrite the copy rights for united states possibly region free.I'm only guessing. Thanks for telling me .I have been hoping that the 3D version of rain would come out soon with the 3 stooges 3D short with it.I then found out later that the 3D shorts were shown with Fort ti and Man with a gun,not Sadie Thompson .Since it was shown in 3D for only two weeks in the 50's and anaglyph 3D t.v in the 80's this make the 3D Blu -ray version more rare and beat it came from. One time there was a mislead that her Salome costarring Stewart Granger, was too shot in 3D ,but it was was not.It was in stereo, which is lost now I think.

Releasing vintage 3D is a very hit-and-miss affair. I waited patiently for the 3D Blu-ray of "GOG" only to find it was Region A because of licencing restrictions.
I can't help feeling that Universal is just being petty and doesn't want anyone else playing in their sandpit.

Well usually they sell some of their classic on region free to make sure no one has the urge to copy their films to make sure it can work on all blu- ray players, but it's July and their no mentioning of a pre order of this film on blu- ray yet .I got to find out.
